This is the first of three spots produced by Hatch Studios Ltd. for Ogilvy & Mather. It features an alien documentarian exposing the cruel ways in which humans treat pickles. The spots are quite humourous in the sense that they are so absurd in nature.

  • A small green alien with big eyes appears to be sneaking between bottles of dressing and a jar of pickles in a dimly lit refrigerator, creating a humorous and mysterious tone.
  • A small green alien stands inside a dimly lit refrigerator, next to jars of condiments, including a jar of dill pickles. The atmosphere is curious and whimsical.

The alien was modeled and textured using ZBrush, rigged and animated in 3dsmax 8.0, and rendered with VRay 1.47.03. It was composited with After Effects.
