"Keep Your Head Down"

Hatch Studios was approached by Lotus STEMM, a networking and leadership platform for South Asian women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Medicine (STEMM), to help develop an animated video for their online training module.

Using a combination of advanced generative AI and fundamental storytelling techniques, Hatch developed an informative and entertaining video outlining the challenges faced by South Asian women in the workplace – and how small changes can be made to improve them. The video demonstrates this by showcasing how a specific negative workplace event can play out – followed by the same event slightly modified to be more inclusive of South Asian women, thereby resulting in a positive outcome.
